Privacy Policy for CPLUS AI

This Privacy Policy describes how Qirat Multisource Sdn Bhd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you through our mobile and web applications (the "App") which provides AI-driven trading analysis tools and a social media platform for traders.

  • Social Content: Any information you post on our social platform, including trading insights, market commentary, photos/videos, comments, likes, follower lists, and direct messages. Please be aware that content you post on the public-facing social features is visible to other users.

  • Financial and Trading Data (For AI Analysis):

    • Investment Profile: Self-declared risk tolerance, investment goals, and trading experience.

    • External Integration Data: If you choose to link your broker or trading platform account (via secure, read-only third-party APIs), we may access and analyze your trade history, portfolio holdings, watchlists, and performance metrics. We do not store or have access to your trading credentials.

  • Customer Support: Information you provide when contacting us for support.

B. Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, we automatically collect certain technical and usage data.

  • Usage Data: Details about how you use the App, such as the features you access, the AI models you run, the posts you view, the time and duration of your activity, and search queries.

  • Device Information: Your device's IP address, unique device identifiers, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, and crash data.

  • Location Information: General location information (e.g., city and country) derived from your IP address.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To Provide and Maintain the Service: To operate the AI trading analysis tools, run the social media features, manage your account, and deliver requested services.

  • AI Analysis and Personalization: We use your financial/trading data and usage data to train, run, and refine our proprietary AI models to provide personalized market insights, performance reports, and suggested analysis points.

  • Social Interaction: To allow you to connect with other users, share your posts, and use direct messaging.

  • Communication: To send you service announcements, updates, security alerts, and technical notices.

  • Security and Fraud Prevention: To protect our App, users, and Company from fraud, unauthorized access, or misuse.

  • Improvement and Development: To understand user trends, debug errors, and improve the functionality and design of the AI models and social platform.

  • Marketing (with Consent): To send you promotional communications about our services or offers, where permitted by law and in accordance with your preferences.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your Personal Information to third parties. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • With Other Users: Any information you post publicly on the social platform (including your profile, posts, and comments) is visible to all other users of the App. Your username is always public.

  • With Service Providers: We share necessary data with vendors, consultants, and other third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, data analytics, and payment processing.

  • Legal Compliance and Protection: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect our rights or property, or ensure the safety of our users or the public.

Specific to Trading Data: Your raw, personal financial and trading data used for AI analysis is never publicly shared with other users. Only the generalized AI insights or performance metrics you choose to publicly display on your profile will be visible.

4. Data Retention and Security

Data Retention

We retain your Personal Information as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide you with the services. We will also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

5. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your Personal Information:

  • Access and Update: You can access and update most of your account information directly within the App settings.

  • Delete Content: You can delete content you have posted on the social platform. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your Personal Information, though we may retain information necessary for legal or operational purposes.

  • Opt-Out of Marketing: You can opt out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in those emails.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from, children under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information as quickly as possible.
